SO-96-ADS Airborne ATC Transponder
Purpose
SO-96-ADS transponder is intended for operation with ATC systems’ Secondary Surveillance Radars of Russian and International standards, with mode S ADS systems and also for interaction with State Identification Equipment.
SO-96-ADS transponder is of B1 class in compliance with MOPS RTCA DO-260A.
Main technical characteristics:

- aircraft tail number;
- fuel residue;
in "A" mode – "A" mode code;

Extended "squitter" of DF 18 format, containing: | |
- current coordinates in the air and on ground;
- velocity in the air;
- identification code (FID); | |
